Ayo Greaves Wellbeing
Hello and welcome! I’m Ayo, a Mental Health Occupational Therapist (OT) and proud ADHDer.
I support adults (18+) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected to regain structure, meaning, and purpose in daily life. When mental health makes everyday activities feel hard, I help you gently rebuild what matters most.
You may benefit from my support if you are:
-
Not ready for psychological therapy, or if you’re seeking support from a different perspective after having therapy.
-
Struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early, and want structured, evidence-based support to improve your sleep without the need for medication or sleeping aids.
-
A young adult who needs help with mental health issues, managing academic stress, or maintaining a balanced routine.
-
Interested in personal development, mindfulness, and positive thinking, who would benefit from planners, affirmations, and educational materials.
-
Looking to develop coping strategies, structure, and meaningful activity.
-
Someone who feels pulled in too many directions, needing grounding support.
-
An individual who knows what you "should" be doing but can't sustain it.
-
An individual who often prioritises everyone else’s needs over their own.
-
Open to collaborative, goal-focused support.
-
Struggling to find balance between work, rest, and personal time, and ready to create healthy, sustainable routines.
As a mental health OT, my focus is on helping you strengthen your emotional well-being through practical, achievable steps. Some people choose OT because they’re not yet ready to explore emotional support through traditional therapy, while others come after years of psychological input, looking for a more hands-on, lifestyle-based approach to sustaining progress.
OT bridges the space between understanding and doing. Sessions blend evidence-based mental health strategies with real-life tools, supporting better sleep, balance, and everyday confidence. It’s about creating change that feels grounded, manageable, and meaningful to you.
